In February, before everything locked down, my friends and I went to London for a day trip and enjoyed the most fun, unique and taaasty bottomless brunch I have ever had at BALLIE BALLERSON in Shoreditch! The name just SCREAMS fun!!
Ballie Ballerson is in the heart of shoreditch on Curtain Street. From most of the outside you would almost think its a nightclub but as you look closer you see it, the ball pit! Baby pink balls, celebrity cut-outs on the walls of a ball pit in a glass room for every passer by to see!
Once inside you find the REAL appeal, a HUGE ball pit with clear balls, fluorescent lights lighting up the whole pit and mirrors all around the walls and ceiling giving the illusion that the main ball pit is never ending! Outside of the ball pit there is a huge bar area neon signs, a flower wall and neon paint and graffiti on the walls. It’s a vibrant, lively bar with a DJ playing a mix of classic dance music and old school pop and honestly it’s just the perfect mix for the type of bar your in. We went for the bottomless brunch, which offered your entry, bottomless Pornstar Martinis, prosecco and unlimited pizza. There are 2 times for bottomless brunch – 12pm-2pm and 2pm-4pm, the prices vary depending on what time you choose (I will pop all opening times and prices below).
There is also the option to have a VIP table which is around £10 more per person, the main gain is that you have a table you can sit at when not in the balls and pizza is delivered to your table.
We honestly could not have had ANY MORE FUN! When Ballie Ballerson say bottomless drinks… THEY MEAN BOTTOMLESS! Giant jugs of pornstar martinis just constantly filling plastic martini glasses at the bar, glasses and bottles of prosecco being handed out to anyone who wants. I think I waited no more than 2 minutes, maximum for a drink at a time. which is PHENOMENAL, especially in London!
AND THE PIZZA….. wood fired, tasty, hot, fresh pizza… pizzas being brought out constantly by staff on wooden platters and popped on high tables around the bar area for everyone to help themselves to slices. Someone in our group was vegetarian, we partly expected the staff to tell us to just find a veggie pizza wherever we can, simply because it was so busy and the pizzas were just being dropped anywhere they fit BUT actually they brought her one from the kitchen to ensure she got some with no cross contamination which was FANTASTIC service!
We played in the balls like we were kids at a soft play again, the balls come up to around your thighs / waist (depending how short you are obviously) so theres plenty to hide in and fall over in!!! There is lots of pushing each other, hiding under them, getting plenty of pictures and laughs.
Seriously though, THE BOOMERANGS ARE ON POINT!
Just dont have anything in loose pockets… if you lose something in the balls you might not get it back for a while as they wont empty the ballpit just for your phone so you’ll have to wait for the next whole pit clean!
I can not recommend Ballie Ballerson enough, I LOVE an activity bar but this just stepped it up a notch.

Seated
Have the ultimate baller bottomless brunch experience with the seated tickets. Brunch is served in a swanky seated area with leather booths so you’ll always have a meeting point once (or if) you emerge from the balls. Definitely recommended for those celebrating a special occasion (even if that occasion is just the weekend).
Just a note, the booths are made for mates so if you visit with a small group you may be sharing the space with another group. Yay, more friends!

Join the brunch party! With just 2 hours of bottomless balls, the first 90 minutes of which include unlimited Pornstar Martinis, fizz and all of the yummy pizza, who needs to sit down?! With high tables throughout the bar area you’ll always have somewhere to rest a drink and your pizzas, just go prepared to dance.
